Natalie is a registered clinical psychologist. She completed her doctorate in clinical psychology in 2004 and has worked for 12 years in mental health. She has experience in diagnosis, assessment and therapy with a wide range of issues including: depression; stress; low self-esteem; anger; guilt; body image concerns; substance use; bipolar disorder; psychosis, and all types of anxiety. Natalie also has a special interest in transition to parenthood, being herself a mother of three.

Alexandra is a registered psychologist. She completed her New Zealand Psychologists Board Supervision to Practice in 2005 and has specialized in child and adolescent mental health and parenting behaviour for the past ten years. She has experience in assessment, parent-child interventions, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Trauma Focussed Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Sandplay, and Mindfulness. Alex is a mother of twins.
